Workshop $100, $25.00 deposit in advance to reserve. Balance due day of workshop. Class deposits cannot be refunded. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled workshop time may be asked to reschedule to a future class. In the 2.5 hour workshop, you'll learn the art and science behind macarons, including recipes best tips and tricks for success. We'll cover how to make the cookie shells as well as making some of our most popular filling flavors. You get to take home all of the macarons you make! Please note that participants will usually work in a pair in class.
